REGULAR MEMBERS—

• Are prime contractors engaged in manufacturing or providing services
  (other than offset services)
• Are subcontractors who supply components or services (other than offset services)
• Have incurred or anticipate incurring an offset or countertrade obligation as a condition of sale, and such offset or countertrade obligation is imposed by a customer (or prime contractor) located in a country other than that where the contractor or subcontractor is based
• Include corporate groups of affiliated companies which meet the criteria for either prime contractors or subcontractors mentioned above.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS —

• Are individual people or business entities who do not meet the criteria for Regular Membership
• Are engaged, anticipate engaging, or may benefit in the business of offset or countertrade.

Agree - I hereby certify that if approved to become a Member, I will be bound by and obey the Bylaws of the Global Offset and Countertrade Association, including an obligation to pay annual dues.  An invoice for annual dues will be sent once membership has been approved by the Executive Committee, as outlined in the Association’s Bylaws.

Agree - I hereby certify that the applicant (prime contractor, subcontractor, business entity, or individual) is not included on any denied party and similar lists in its country of formation, and the applicant (and its owners and affiliates) is not listed on any denied party and similar lists maintained by the United States.

Agree - I hereby certify that the applicant (prime contractor, subcontractor, business entity, or individual) is duly organized and in good standing in its jurisdiction of formation.

Agree - I hereby certify that the applicant (prime contractor, subcontractor, business entity, or individual) is committed to furthering the purposes of the Association.
