Conference Registration Closes/Shuts Down at Noon U.S.ET on Thursday 25 September. *After this time/date, the online registration system will not accept any conference registrations.

Conference Attendee Fee:  The conference attendee fee includes the Opening Reception on Sunday 28 September; the Conference (coffee breaks and lunch) on Monday and Tuesday 29 & 30 September; a Reception on Monday evening 29 September; and the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 30 September.

Spouse/Guest Fee:  The spouse/guest fee of $175 includes the Opening Reception on Sunday 28 September; a Coffee/Tea Reception on Monday 29 September; a Reception on Monday evening 29 September; and the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 30 September.

Registration and Payment Deadline:  The last day for conference registrations is Noon U.S.ET on Thursday 25 September. *After this time/date, the online registration system will not accept any conference registrations. Payment in advance is required by credit card, wire transfer, or check. For the early bird rate, payment must be received by 18 August. For the standard rate, payment must be received by 25 September. If payment is not received by the previously noted dates, GOCA has the option to cancel the attendee's conference registration. From 11 September to the registration deadline of 25 September only credit card payments will be accepted.

Cancellations:  Attendees cancelling prior to or on Monday 22 September up until 5:00 pm U.S. Eastern Time will receive a refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Please note that there is a $50 cancellation fee. Qualifying cancellations with payment by check or wire transfer will be refunded after the Conference.
