  • On a first call, first available basis, the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne will offer the conference rate pre (October 24) or post (November 4) event, up to a maximum of three days.
  • The cutoff date for hotel reservations at the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne is Monday, October 16.
  • While a Resort Fee of $28 per day per room will appear on the Summary of Charges for your hotel reservation, the Resort Fee is non-mandatory. The Resort Fee includes high speed Internet, two beach chairs with an umbrella, and spa access. Guests can opt-in or opt-out of the Resort Fee at the hotel’s Front Desk.
  • All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a credit card.
  • Cancellation policy for individual guest room reservations is four (4) days prior arrival with a two (2) nights room & tax penalty.

The conference attendee fee for industry participants includes the Opening Reception on Sunday, October 29; the Conference (breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch) on Monday and Tuesday, October 30 and 31; a Networking Event on Monday evening, October 30; and the Conference Reception & Dinner on Tuesday evening, October 31.

Conference & Training Attendee Fee - Industry Participants:

The conference and training attendee fee for industry participants includes Offset 101 Training on Sunday, October 29, the Opening Reception on Sunday evening, October 29; the Conference (breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch) on Monday and Tuesday, October 30 and 31; a Networking Event on Monday evening, October 30; the Conference Reception & Dinner on Tuesday evening, October 31; and on Wednesday, November 1, a morning Offset Czars and Industry Discussion session and an afternoon training session on Offset Strategy. Registered industry training participants may attend one or all of the training sessions and lunch is included for these participants on both Sunday and Wednesday. 


Attendee Fee - Government Officials:
The fee for government officials includes a Knowledge Sharing Session on Sunday, October 29, the Opening Reception on Sunday evening, October 29; the Conference (breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch) on Monday and Tuesday, October 30 and 31; a Networking Event on Monday evening, October 30; the Conference Reception & Dinner on Tuesday evening, October 31; and on Wednesday, November 1, a morning Offset Czars and Industry Discussion session. Registered government officials may attend one or both of the training sessions and lunch is included for these participants on both Sunday and Wednesday.

Spouse/Guest Fee:
The spouse/guest fee of USD 300 includes the Opening Reception on Sunday, October 29; a coffee/tea reception on Monday, October 30; a Networking Event on Monday evening, October 30; and the Conference Reception & Dinner on Tuesday, October 31.

Payment:
Full payment by credit card, wire transfer, or check is required to complete your conference registration

Payment Deadline:
For the Early Bird rate, wire transfer or check payments must be received by September 22. For the Standard rate, wire transfer and check payments must be received by October 20. Registrations will be cancelled if payment is not received by the aforementioned date. From Monday, October 16, to the registration deadline of Thursday, October 26, only credit card payments will be accepted.

Cancellations:
Attendees cancelling prior to or on Wednesday, October 25, will receive a refund. Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded. Please note that there is a $50 cancellation fee. Qualifying cancellations with payment by check or wire transfer will be refunded after the Conference.

Taxis average USD45 between Miami International and the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami.
